Terms of Service

The service is provided by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME — LEGAL_REVIEW_REQUIRED], trading as Currently Natty, from [REGISTERED ADDRESS — LEGAL_REVIEW_REQUIRED]. You must meet [MINIMUM AGE / ELIGIBILITY — LEGAL_REVIEW_REQUIRED] and be legally able to enter this agreement.

Currently Natty provides human online fitness coaching. Coaching may use information you provide about goals, training history, experience, equipment, availability, body measurements, nutrition context, and limitations to personalize delivery and support safe operations.

Coaching is not individualized medical diagnosis or treatment. Seek advice from a qualified health professional when an injury, health condition, medication, pregnancy, or other medical concern makes that appropriate.

Current Programs are fixed-duration services: Basic is 12 weeks; Weight Loss is 16 weeks; Mass Gainer is 16 weeks; and High Intensity Strength is 20 weeks, with Squat, Bench Press, or Deadlift specialization.

The Program clock begins only after onboarding is completed and the Enrollment is activated. Natural completion at the end of the fixed service period is not early termination and is not a refund.

Each Program is one purchase that creates one Order and one Coaching Enrollment. Payment may be made upfront or through installments. Installments are only a way to pay for that single purchase; they are not a subscription and do not create a new Order or Enrollment.

Current Programs do not renew automatically. A later coaching period requires a separate purchase. Digistore24 is the Merchant of Record and processes payment through its external secure checkout. Currently Natty does not receive or store your full payment-card details.

You are responsible for accurate account and onboarding information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and promptly telling us about unauthorized account use. Guest purchasers may need to create and verify an account and securely claim their Enrollment before onboarding.

You must provide information that is reasonably complete and accurate, follow agreed safety instructions, communicate respectfully, and tell your coach about relevant limitations or material changes. WhatsApp or other contact details are used only where supplied for legitimate coaching communication.

We aim to provide the purchased coaching service but do not promise uninterrupted availability of every website or communication channel. You must not misuse the service, interfere with security, impersonate another person, scrape protected content, or use coaching materials unlawfully.

Ending coaching early ends the service, revokes applicable access, and releases the coaching place. It does not itself issue or guarantee a refund, change the Order, cancel installments, or cancel provider-side payment obligations.

Refund eligibility is governed separately by the 60-day Refund Policy. The window runs from the original purchase date and does not restart with installments.

Currently Natty and its licensors retain rights in the service, brand, website, and coaching materials. Your purchase grants personal, non-transferable use during the applicable service or access period; it does not transfer ownership or permit resale or public distribution.

Coaching outcomes vary with individual circumstances, participation, health, and other factors. No specific fitness, body-composition, or performance outcome is guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Final limitation language requires legal review.
